By installing or using ShopLink Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 · Service description

ShopLink Sync synchronizes product information between your e-commerce platform and TikTok Shop. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

3 · Merchant obligations

• Provide accurate credentials and maintain the security of your accounts.
• Comply with TikTok Shop policies and any applicable laws.
• Use ShopLink Sync solely for legitimate business purposes.

4 · Fees

The core sync is free during beta. Premium analytics or multi-store features may incur fees; you’ll be notified in advance.

5 · Limitation of liability

ShopLink Sync is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the service.

6 · Termination

You may disconnect at any time. We may suspend service for breach of these Terms or API abuse.

7 · Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page.
